// what we are

A senior consultant
and an elite agent engineer.
One head.

Four weeks. Flat fee. One shipped agent — deployed into your stack, used by your team on Monday. No decks, no discovery phase, no junior on your account.

The build spec.

Before we touch code, we write the contract. One page. You sign it. Then we build exactly that, on the clock.

// the four weeks

How it goes.

  1. wk 1

    Sit with the team.

    Half a week on-site or on video with the people doing the work, not the executives describing it. We leave with a signed one-page spec.

  2. wk 2–3

    Build the agent.

    Async cadence. You see it every day. Evals, guardrails, and a runbook get built alongside the thing — not as an afterthought.

  3. wk 4

    Hand it over.

    Half-day training with whoever owns it after we leave. You keep the code, the prompts, the eval set, and an honest written assessment.

// fit

Who this is for.

yes
  • Owner- or operator-led, 20–300 people
  • Ops-heavy: legal, trades, fitness, hospitality, clinics, agencies, ecom, logistics, finance
  • You can feel the senior-bottleneck problem in your bones
  • You'd rather see a working thing in a month than a roadmap in a quarter
  • One decision-maker who can say yes to a flat fee in a week
no
  • You want an "AI strategy" without changing what anyone does on Monday
  • You need a procurement process, an RFP, and three competing bids
  • You want the consultant to recommend a vendor and exit
  • You want change-management theater

Tell us about the workflow
that's eating your week.

Thirty minutes. We'll know in ten whether there's a build worth doing — or we won't, and we'll say so.
